LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Imagine staying in the world famous island village of Coronado with the San Diego Bay a few blocks to the right of your front door and the award winning Coronado Beach a few blocks to your left!
The charming restaurants and shops are easy walking or biking distance on Coronado’s historic Orange Avenue. You are also a couple miles from San Diego’s Gaslamp District, three miles to Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seven miles to Sea World and less than 10 minutes from the San Diego International Airport.
The home itself is approximately 7 yrs old and was finished with the influences and designs of Australia’s renowned architect Eugene Marchese . The home is 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths with a den that has a sleeper sofa. Downstairs is an open floor plan with the gourmet kitchen, inviting living room, half bath and the office/ den. The home has Wi-Fi, cable TV and a washer and dryer. The hardscaped courtyard is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and is situated between the house and the garage.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms with two full bathrooms with showers and a spa tub in the master. One bedroom has brand new queen sized bed (photo to be updated later today shows bunk bed now). Another is decorated shabby chic and has a twin bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. The master has a king size bed. .
