Luxurious apartment right on the beach in small private community of only 60 houses. Child and Elderly friendly. Beautiful gardens and big swimming pool. Very safe as the whole development at night time is locked up and accessible to residents only. The apartment is newly refurbished including new bathroom. 1 bedroom with twin beds, stylish bathroom, comfortable lounge kitchen. Sleeps 4. Cleaning on departure and weekly changing of bed linen are included in the price. The location of this apartment is unique on the Costa del Sol. Quiet, restful and safe. Sit on your private terrace, slightly elevated above the sea, and watch the sun go down, listening to the sound of the waves. It is like being on a boat - the sea is to your left, in front of you, and to your right. Then walk down a few steps onto the sandy beach and have a swim in the sea. Or have a swim in the pool.
