very dirty house, surrounded with garbidge

This year I went there with the family.... Indeed the nature is very beautiful and unspoiled (more here below) and the house is spacious… but in the house, called 'rural', there was lack of hygiene.
The immediate surroundings of the house are also full with garbage (old stoves, broken chairs, rusty work material, plastic bags,..); not suitable for children!
The garden is not big, nor easy for (small) children, because it cannot be viewed from inside the house. Only a small part of the garden, the part with the hang mats, is OK, the other part is very uneven and full with nettles.
It was very unpleasant that the owners were there at the same time: there was too much control and remarks on what we did.
The house description is not correct: one of the bedrooms is nothing more than an old sofa you can fold open in the mezzanine reading/TV area, so practically unusable as other occupants cannot watch TV anymore, nor discuss or read at that time. Connection Internet was removed during our stay. Apparently we used it too often. in fact, in the description of the house should be written: no internet available. Also the barn, with the ping-pong table is plenty of garbage and dusty.
surroundings: the Aveyron is very beautiful, even breath taking sometimes, and people very friendly. There is not a lot of tourism, and it's very far away from what we call 'civilization'. Example: often, there's no mobile phone connection available; so: perfect to forget the rat race of life! There are nice and rather secret bathing places like for example in Cénomes (10 minutes away). The 'Rougiers' are magnificent! In the small village St. Félixe s Sorges you can find an excellent small auberge/restaurant, where the food is very fine, wines excellent, and the owners very friendly! You cannot miss it, it's on the principal road.
My advice: the area is recommendable, but please consider seriously before booking this house.
