Apartment with excellent location, distance 40-50 meters from the beach Itararé building completely familiar with parking, newly renovated, containing two bathrooms (one social and one service), living room with two rooms (living room and dining room being, with tv. than 20 inches), 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, fitted kitchen complete Brastemp new refrigerator and laundry area, two elevators (and Social Service), gardens with banks. Great panoramic view of the ocean from every window, 100 mts from the Island Club Porchat). Accommodation only with full comfort for family of up to 7 people, including the consultation, please cite how many men, women and children, totaling a maximum of 7 people and the whole kinship. Note: Families and seniors are welcome!
