Rural sole house , 170 mq. Ok for 8 persons maximum. No other people in the building. The house offers 3 bedrooms ( in two large bedrooms is possible one other bed for adult ) , 3 bathrooms (one with bath and 2 with shower), dining room, sitting room with a great fireplace, wide and well equipped kitchen, a glass closed loggia where you can taste meals admiring a beautiful landscape. A very large country garden with a big stone table under shaded area closed to the house. It is the most photographic house of the area, symbol subject of Siena countryside, showed in many postcards and calendars. Distance from: Pienza 10 min. walking. Montalcino(homeland of famous wine Brunello) 23km. Montepulciano 14 km. Siena 52 km. Firenze 116km. Perugia 81km. Assisi 100 km. Roma 199 km. The quietness and beauty of landscape make the house suitable for relax, culture and gastronomy
