Beautiful house, gorgeous views

The title sums it up. La Colombelle offers a comfy, well-equipped and spacious home in a dream setting with views to quaint Bonnieux, Lacoste (a glimpse between the trees) and across lavender fields and farmland all the way to the Mont Ventoux. Huge garden w/pool and terrace, lots of games and toys for kids (the playhouse enjoyed great popularity with our toddlers). The setting and location is unbeatable, and the standard of the house is more than satisfactory. If I were to pinpoint one issue, it would be the bedroom mattresses, they are a bit on the hard side. But that’s a matter of taste :-). Also, I’d bring along a baby cot, the present one is made of cast iron and has a low railing and sprinkles that are wide apart (sort of romantic/antique, but not very practical). Those are minor flaws, however. If you’re looking for a generous holiday home with modern equiplment, panoramic views, swimming pool and a central Luberon location, this is it.
