Our 4 story full ocean front building offers breathtaking views of Siesta Beach's soft, white sand and the beautiful warm, blue, waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The building recently underwent renovation and is one of the nicest properties on the island.
Sunset Royale's 1-2 bedroom rental condos accommodate 2-6 people; and are fully equipped, clean,and modern. Many are equipped with WI-FI, flat screen tv's, granite counter-tops, and all have beautiful beach/gulf views. The first floor condos have an outside patio area. There's an elevator on the property, laundry facilities on each floor, covered parking, and a full time property manager on hand to make sure your visit is carefree. The grounds are landscaped with lush palm trees, beautiful tropical plantings and a variety of blooming flowers.
