Fantastic week at Agua Mania

A total of 7 of us stayed in Agua Mania for a week, we found the house: clean, spacious and well maintained. Had excellent facilities, we barely left the house for our weeks stay!
Plus points included being met near the airport and not having to find our own way to the property. The house itself was gorgeous, 2 great sized bathrooms, a massive fridge, 2 dining areas, a living room with uk tv channels, barbecue, a perfect pool - not too deep, sun loungers, table tennis and comfortable beds. The owner was helpful and friendly, and yet respected our privacy fully. After a trip to the supermarket, we really needed nothing else but to enjoy the sun at the villa!!
Things the owners could improve upon to make the rental experience better for customers would be more organisarion with regards to the payment. There was confusion with emails, my deposit and payments weren't confirmed, I had to constantly email and ring to make sure we had the villa booked and they had received payment. When I had emailed payment & flight details they said they wanted re-confirmation, and for me to send them on again. In one instance they emailed me someone elses details with regards to renting the villa; all which was very confusing and unsettling as I had paid nearly £1000.
Although I would like to point out that these errors were made by rental agents working on behalf of the owners and not the owners themselves.
It must be highlighted that 2 of the 4 rooms had ceiling fans and the other rooms were extremely uncomfortable at night. There was one electric fan in the house which we moved into the bedroom at night. This could easily be sorted with a few extra electric fans in each bedroom.
All in all, we had a fantastic holiday, and I would reccommend this holiday for families who are happy in their own company, or a group of couples wanting a relaxing break.
Also, the carvery on sundays was great! The description was accurate and all advice was very helpful, e.g. car rental is a must. The villa is stunning and the pool was perfect, we had a fantastic time and I honestly dont think we'd have had as good a holiday if we'd rented a cheaper apartment with shared pool and tiny kitchen.
Have already recommended this villa to friends and relatives, We are already talking about going back to the same place next summer, except this time for 2 weeks!
