Very pleasant house in hundred meters of the Atlantic ocean and a renowned surfing spot (world championships take place there in September). Its situation is idyllic, in an impasse very peace and quiet, in front of tennis and a green space with children's games and a mini-golf ! (Tourist tax in addition to May 1st on September 30th)
