The large main room, overlooking the garden, is divided into two areas: a lounge on one hand and, on the other hand, associated with the kitchen dining area. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower, 1 toilet per level: ideal for one or two families.

The private garden of 500m2 with a covered 70 m2 with a shaded pergola 33 m2 terrace is quiet, invites you to relax in the shade or sun. You can choose the best place to put your table for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Unless you really want, no car in the garden, large parking lot adjacent host your cars and those of your friends

Fantastic French Farmhouse close to Beach

We loved the time we spent at this charming farmhouse. We were a party with 6 adults and 4 children. The childless couple chose to stay in one of the attached one bedroom apartments, and the rest of us were int eh farmhouse (although there was room for the couple in the farmhouse too). The house was excellently equipped - everything was thought of. The facilities were clean and more than adequate - the house is charming - a real home-away-from-home. The garden is lovely, rustic and ideal - green well cared for with leafy trees, plenty of flowers and an undercover eating area. The children had a ball playing - while we watched from the large farmhouse windows. A short walk to the beach and within walking distance of the main beach, the shops at Quiberon and local markets, but still hidden away enough to be a quiet rural retreat. Great hospitality from our helpful (but unintrusive) host Elisabeth. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

Flots Bleus

The house and its owners are charming. The house has been beautifully converted to a comfortable 4 bedroomed home, it has everthing anyone could need and is very spacious. The private garden and terrace are a joy and if you arrive at the right time of year, you will be able to eat fresh figs from the tree in the garden! Close to the beaches with no traffic. You do need to bike or drive to the shops. A coastal path is only 5 minutes walk away. It is simply a home from home.

Magnifique Location des Flots Bleus QUIBERON

Location vraiment très agréable, correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes, accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires des lieux ( disponibles et discrets) . Une location spacieuse, claire et bien équipée dans un ancien corps de ferme rénové avec charme. Un beau jardin agréablement fleuri et ensoleillé, la mer se trouve à quelques mètres à pied (plages de sable et de rochers ) permettant les baignades ainsi que de magnifiques balades à pieds le long de cette côte ,deplus le centre ville est proche .Le site est très calme et en retrait de la circulation. La maison est bien équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire . Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des familles avec enfants. Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner.

Ferienhaus-ruhige Lage, ca. 200 m zum Sandstrand

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist ca. 200 m von einem kleinen Sandstrand entfernt. Wir haben mit 4 Personen und einem Hund zwei erholsame Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verlebt. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett und sprechen auch sehr gut englisch.
Quiberon ist ein sehr modernes, sauberes Städtchen mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Samstags einem schönen Markt.
In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sie, Mme et Mr. Flory, Familie Bojak und Familie Zimmermann aus Jettenbach/Pfalz und "King Leo"

Très bon dépaysement!

Très bon acceuil par les propriétaires qui sont charmants, dans une maison spacieuse & chaleureuse. Nous étions 2 familles avec 2 enfants chacun et nous avons chacun trouvé notre place facilement. Grande lingerie pratique pour le linge et le rangement. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, on y trouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin! Véritable coup de foudre pour le jardin avec ses petits coins où nous profitions bien des derniers rayons de soleil avec un petit verre de cidre offert par nos charmants propriétaires. Nous allions sur la superbe plage de St Julien par un petit chemin. Vacances dépaysante, au calme donc relaxante. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons!! A très bientôt!

Quiberon Bay is visible from the house, the coast is a short walk, 250 meters. You will find small sandy beaches or rocks depending on your taste, all quiet.

The house is located on rue des Flots Bleus leading to the beaches, it is quiet, down the street Gulets.

The environment is, on the one hand, the old 'village' (district) of St Julien, and on the other, the moor, protected space. Beyond: the sea, Port Haliguen, water sports center and old harbor.

Maria town center, Port, the largest tourist beach and multiple animations. A little later, the incomparable wild coast or islands for a day.

Many other activities await you on the peninsula: paragliding, windsurfing, yachting, etc ...
