The villa enjoys a truly wonderful setting perched on a gentle hill, directly overlooking the meandering River Tiber and just an hour from the Eternal City.

This holiday villa enjoys a large swimming pool, dining gazebo, viewing terrace. Closer to home, a large covered terrace surrounds the lawn-facing side of the house with a garden lounge, dining area, with pizza oven and a table tennis table and beach tennis area. The interior spaces are dominated by two living rooms and a dining room, each with fireplace, antiques, hunting and travel memorabilia and fine old Italian furniture. Naturally, cotto floors and beams feature throughout with multiple access to the fully-enclosed lawn and grounds. Each of the first floor double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the master double enjoying a splendid viewing terrace. In addition there are other two bedrooms and one complete bathroom and, at the ground floor, a separate toilet with bidet. The charming kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar and separate table, a large fireplace and marble butler sinks.
