About Linda Marks
We bought/furnished and enjoyed this lifestyle for years. Our kids grew up skiing at jiminy peak mountain and it was a wonderful mountain to learn and progress on. We also spent many summers hiking, biking, and enjoying all of the activities on the mountain which was essentially our backyard. Only ten minutes away from our home, there is a lake for water skiing, tubing, jet skiing, or any other motor activities. Greylock is also a great 3 hour hiking experience that is not to far from our home. Overall, we enjoyed the house and location regardless of the season.

Why Linda Marks chose Hancock
This property is affordable yet fulfilling. It will serve all the needs of an active family looking to ski/snowboard during the winter or to hike during the summer. It is equipped with a great mudroom upon entering so that boots, gear, and dirt are not an issue. Not only this but it is a cozy home that brings the family together for intimate time yet it is large enough that it comfortably fits plenty of friends and guests. It really is a great, stress-free, manageable home.
What makes this townhome unique
The house is located on the mountain so it is ski in/ski out which is wonderful in the winter. Parking is right in front of the house in the driveway so it remains a non-issue. And, the convenience of having the ski resort at the bottom of the mountain and just a few minute car ride away is invaluable.
