We would highly recommend this delightful place to stay.The villa was beautiful and well-furnished and equipped. We particularly liked the spaciousness of the villa and the grounds, as well as the pool area. In addition,
the fountain in the pool area made it such a relaxing place to sun and read. The fireplace was a lovely addition to the living area and the master bedroom.

It is very convenient to the grocery stores in the shopping areas, and it is only a "hop and a skip" away from the beach on Pine Island.

Spacious villa in beautiful setting

We spent a wonderful week at this villa, we knew that it was larger than normal but were not quite prepared for how spacious it was.It is set in half an acre of ground on an excutive estate near to shops and beaches.
The villa was tastefully furnished with a huge lounge and dining area, a large kitchen and dining area, three good bedrooms, a den which could have been used as another bedroom if required.
And all the facilities to make our stay there comfortable and relaxing.

We have been to this area twice before as we love the Spring Hill area of Florida as it has lovely little beaches such as Pine Beach and lots of areas for fishing such as Bayport and Jenkins Creek. Not many english people know about this area which is famous for the manatees which can be seen in the nearby Cyrstal River and at the Wildlife park.
There are all the usual shops and restaurants chains nearby including small restaurants and Walmarts and a new small shopping mall is being built with a JC Penny already open.
We know that if we are lucky enough to return to Florida again next year we will certainly book this villa again.
