House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 11-14)

This charming classic Cape offers a great atmosphere with all the amenities for a perfect vacation. Quiet, end of the road location yet close to town. Walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs and the town beaches.

Newly refinished hardwood floors, tiled baths, fireplace, full laundry facilities, beautifully tended landscaping, mahogany back yard deck & slate patio with large stainless steel gas grill and and an outdoor shower. Largescreen TV in the living room with DVD/VCR, TVs and VCRs in all the bedrooms, high speed wireless internet. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with two sets of bunkbeds and the second room has one set of bunkbeds; a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The second floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and one is the master bedroom with a private mahogany deck. Clean and comfortable.

good solid rental in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and very well located just outside of Oak Bluff's town center. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the furnishings were comfortable and in good condiiton. There is a lovely patio and great upstairs deck. We had everything we needed and would certianly rent this house again.

Great vacation house for large families

What a great spot !! Close enough to town to walk in for ice cream after dinner and for the teenagers to walk in on their own, but far enough away from the craziness that can be Oak Bluffs center. House was as advertised and better, plenty of towels, plenty of room for everyone inside and out, and plenty of room for wiffle ball games and safe dirt road for the younger ones to ride their bikes on. The house didnot
lack one thing that I can think of, for cooking or otherwise. Would definetly recommend this property to others.
