Facing the blue Mediterranean sea and perfectly located on Cannes famous Boulevard de la Croisette, this luxury and elegant apartment has everything for a perfect holiday. Open the large sliding doors of the modern living room and you are in the 75m2 decked and private garden with its scented mediterranean herbs, its palm tree, garden furniture, barbecue and spa ( heated from April to October ). It is also ideal for conference delegates with LCD televisions in every room and WiFi internet access. The living room is large enough for business meetings. It has 2 confortable en suite bedrooms and a guest separate toilet. A baby cot is available. The sunny and spacious living room with its fully equipped american kitchen, a dining table sitting 6 persons, allows ample space for entertaining. All rooms are air-conditioned offering a relaxing alternative to 5 star hotel.

On your arrival, the lady in Charge, Maryline Planchon, will welcome you in the apartment, will explain how the different equipment work especially the spa. She is a very helpful lady and will answer any questions you may have. If you wish, she is available for some housecleaning during your stay at 15euros per hour, which you would settle directly to her.

  • Reservation deposit : 25% of the rental price.
  • Cleaning fee included : please enquire with property owner for details.
  • To confirm the reservation please transfer 25 of the rent. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival plus a refundable security and breakages deposit of 500euros, this deposit will be returned once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition.

    The following items are included in the rent : electricity, gas, airconditioning, use of the spa, one set of bedlinen, one bathtowel and one handtowel per person, 4 hours of final cleaning of the apartment.

    Further linen or towels can be requested at 20euros per person.
