Why Sherrill Ryan and Roger Ouellette chose Val-des-Monts
This country waterfront home is 4 seasons and provides a great place for our children and grandchildren to enjoy. It is perfect for family gatherings at any time of year. Of note is that the roads are paved all the way from the city and they are plowed early in the winter months to accommodate school buses.
What makes this house unique
The pines, oaks, maples that give us shade in summer, unrelenting beauty in spring and fall and protection from the elements in winter. The main floor is all one needs to live comfortably while the loft and walkout level are private places for our guests.
