A beautiful villa, perched on a hilltop outside the medieval village of La Gaude. The house enjoys a stunning view over the surrounding mountains and valleys in the Vence region. In the other direction, you can see the Mediterranean glittering between the lush green trees. The house is surrounded by lawns and beautiful tree, bushes and plants. The terrace connects the pool area with the outdoors dining-table. The house is decorated with class and style. It features dark ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. The huge stone fireplace is a centre point in the living-room. There are three bedrooms, all sleeping two persons. One of the bedrooms, on the second floor, has a separate entrance and an en-suite bathroom. The room is so big that there is easily room for extra beds for children. Downstairs, French windows open from the two other bedrooms onto the terrace. There is a bathroom and a separate water closet for guests. The kitchen has beautiful wooden doors. A real haven of peace!

Carda Bella is situated on a beautiful hill, just outside the medieval village of La Gaude. The house is 15-20 minutes by car from the beach, and 20 from Nice airport. Vence is 10 minutes away. La Gaude is an authentic Provencal village, nestled between mountains and the sea. Quiet nature, with hiking paths along the ancient Roman road. The village offers restaurants and grocery shops, bank etc. A short drive to Vence for the Provencal style market. Close proximity to St Paul de Vence, art galleries, museums and numerous restaurants - from rustic to gourmet. Many golf courses within a short drive. Skiing is 1,5-2 hours drive away. For sightseeing and shopping, Nice and Cannes are within a 40 min drive, not to mention Italy and other excursion goals along the Riviera, where the summer is animated with open air concerts, jazz festivals and traditional Provencal festivities. If you don´t chose to stay on the terrace, with a cool glass of Provencal rose wine...
