5 Night Stay in April

  • 5 of 5

The property is absolutely pristine and beautifully decorated. It's in a very quiet neighborhood atop a hill where you can view the sunset if you're awake or home. After constantly being on the go from morning to evening, my husband and I were happy to come back to a comfortable and clean place we could call “home” for the 5 nights we were there. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus and finding the fresh Kona beans, supplied by the owners, to grind for my morning coffee was a treat.

Beth and her husband were always very quick to respond to any of our questions. The only recommendation we would suggest would be to have a privacy shade at the door because the bed is located by the doorway, close to where the security camera points. But I honestly don't think you could see inside unless you have your face right up against the door.

I'm a stickler when it comes to renting a place to stay on vacations and because of the cleanliness, modern touches, amenities and safe location of this property, I would definitely choose to stay here again in a heartbeat. We couldn't have asked for a better “home away from home.” A HUGE thank you to Beth and her husband for allowing us to stay on their beautiful property. MAHALO!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Beth and Roger ' s place. The studio is brand new and is located in a beautiful house overlooking the ocean, in the middle of a coffee plantation.

Delghtful

  • 5 of 5

After a day of exploring the BI, it was so wonderful to drive up to this wonderfully quiet retreat on a coffee plantation. At 1,500, the nighttime temperatures dropped to around 60, which was perfect. The home away from home was beautifully built as an addition on the side of a beautiful home, and I never saw the owners...pure privacy aside from some wild turkeys, a few chickens, and some cows on a posture just above. A wonderful place to awaken...without the noise of others nearby...to start the day with just the raw beauty of Hawaii. thanks much.

New Years Vacation

  • 4 of 5

What a great place to stay that is just enough out of the way to be quiet and relaxing but just a short drive down the hill to Kona. Fantastic view from the farm and a nice neighborhood to be in. The kitchen is now equipment with a large toaster oven, microwave, and two-burner hot-plate; plenty of closet space. The bathroom is fully equiped and has a stacked washer & dryer. Roger & Beth were great hosts. I can't wait to move to the area.

Great quiet place to stay

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay in this Hawaii studio. This is a perfect space for a couple. We were very comfortable and loved all the amenities. The house is brand new and everything is top of the line from the flooring to the bed sheets. Everything was wonderful. We did not use the kitchen much as we like to eat out on vacation. We did however make use of the toaster over. We had left over pizza from Kona brewing and ate it for a late night snack. The toaster oven worked wonderful. The pizza was perfect just like the night we ordered it. The property is very quiet and peaceful. It was just what we needed. A quiet place to sleep after action packed days exploring the island. Coral reef adventures was a great find. I would absolutely recomed this company for any adventure. We went with them to snorkel and swim with the wild dolphins. They had amazing guides that got us in the water so close to the dolphins you could touch them( but don't because they are protected). We really got to know our guides as this comany limits its trips to 6 people. We also went scuba diving with Jack's for the Manta night dive. What an amazing experiance. An absolute must do! Worth every penny. If you don't dive you can snorkel and it is just as amazing. Their are no words to explaine the feelin of having a 14 ft manta ray swim right up to you and do barrel rolls while feeding. We had an amazing time!! Already looking at flights to come back to paradise.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Relaxing

  • 5 of 5

Our stay was wonderful. We couldn't ask for a more relaxing, peaceful spot. Sitting out on the Lanai, drinking Kona coffee (provided by the hosts) viewing the nearby mountains, was breathtaking. Close enough to everything yet far enough away.

Beth and Roger were very quick to answer any questions and accommodate us in such a timely manner.

We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Big Island.
