Located ON THE BEACH between Puerto Banus and Marbella. Probably one of the best positions on the coast. Puerto Banus is a 12 minute walk on the beach or 3 minutes by car. Marbella can be reached by walking along the promenade (25 minutes) or by car in 5 minutes. . The Oasis complex is about 20 villas with only 7 on the sea front . The pool area is absolutely first class as it overlooks the beach. The villa is ideal for children as they can be watched on the beach and brought indoors when it gets too hot. Beach villa facing south: Located on beach between Marbella and Puerto Banus, this area is called The Golden Mile. Owner has 2 villas next door to each other, on the beach. There is nothing in front of the villas to interrupt the panoramic view of the sea and the villa gets the sun all day.

The Oasis club is a very private location with a mark of distinction as a quiet and secluded complex. Said to be the best holiday location on the Golden mile because of the location and sea views. The Oasis Club also has a small private garden and the flowers and gardens are looked after by 2 gardeners so are always very colourful. The promenade is directly outside , between the villa and beach. Victors famous beach restaurant is only 100 metres away . A short walk on the beach will take you to Puerto Banus. The swimming pool is large and well cared for. These two villas are possibly the best located on the Costa del Sol.

SUNNY: Because the villa faces South, it gets the sun all day. The enclosed garden is ideal for sunbathing and is equipped with all necessary chairs, sunbeds, tables etc. The BBQ is in the garden.

Ideal for children: The garden is enclosed so can be cut off to keep young children in and the children can be left on the beach as they can be seen from the villa only 10 yards away.

Golf: The nearest golf club is less than a mile away and all the famous golf courses are within easy reach.The concentration of quality courses, the unique sunny and warm winter climate and the hospitality of the local people make the area absolutely ideal for golf lovers.The Costa del Sol is the best 'Winter Golf Resort in Europe '

Sol supermarket is 4 minutes by car. 8 restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Panoramic sea views, facing South.

Great experience, Villa looks exactly like the pictures, excellent location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hearing the sound of the ocean while sleeping an added bonus. The villa is very well taken care of, and the details that were given by Jonathan were exactly as outlined. One of the best vacations I am have had in a long while. I would highly recommend this Villa, you will not be disappointed

Dear Jonathan,

We find ourselves back in Madrid and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for what has been a wonderful holiday for our family. From the pictures we perceived that the house was nice but the reality far surpassed our expectations. You have a lovely property in a perfect location.
Upon our arrival we met Marcus and we were pleased to see how organized everything was. Marcus was very pleasant and always available.
Hopefully we will have the opportunity to repeat this experience.

Many thanks for the wonderful 2 weeks. The location of the villa was better than the description and ideal for our 2 children as we simply took them inside off the beach when it became too hot . I will certainly come again and recommend it to friends
