70 m², one bedroom, large living area, sleeping capacity for 6 people maximum.

Self-catering stone house, south oriented facing the forest, very peaceful, in a hamlet.

The 3 French doors let the light comes in, and the thickness of the walls keeps a mild freshness.

2500 m² of ground separate the house from the forest and include a badminton field.

The pool is below the house; it is entirely fenced and heated by solar heating. Its lighting allows heavenly midnight swims.

The terrace with barbecue and garden furniture is protected by the shade of the oak trees.

The owner's house is close by, with different access and pool. It has a ping-pong table, a French billiard, a fitness room and a steam room, which can be made available for the gite's occupiers.

Many hiking trails to go on foot or by mountain bike. The Païolive wood, mixing trees with rocks, dominates the Chassezac and the canoes. The Cocalière cave is always 15 degrees, regardless of the exterior temperature. The village of Banne offers a medieval district, ruins of a castle, and an inn.

  • 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby cot, 1 sofa bed. There is only one bedroom of 17 m², with large closets over an entire wall with walk-in cupboards (ironing table in one of them) and shelves, and south-facing French door. One 160x200 bed for 2 people, with slatted bed base and thick mattress. Thanks to the dimensions of the bedroom, you can add a children bed (provided upon request) if necessary. The 4 other sleeping arrangements, a trundle-bed for 2 (80x190) and sofa bed of 130x190, are in the 40 m² living room which also boasts the living area with TV and DVD player and the kitchen area (with washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer space). The access to the wet room is in the living room. Two south-facing French doors ensure brightness.

Notes: Outside, you will find 6 deckchairs, a round table for 4 people and an oval table for 6 with the adequate number of chairs, gas barbecue with cast iron plaque and grill, sun umbrellas. There is a small adjacent room to store bikes or toys for the night. The pool, 10mx5m, 1.6 m deep, is opposite and below the house and the terrace, south oriented, protected from views, with invisible solar heating from the poolside. The cleaning products are in the control room.
