Ca'Angelina is a new semi-detached Villa on 3 levels in lovely Corfu Country Club, an exclusive enclave of 18 beautifully appointed private Villas. In a lush Mediterranean garden, it has breathtaking views of Corfu Bay. Ca'Angelina is very comfortable and easy to live in. The living room has 2 large sofas around a fireplace. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) with tile floors. A patio garden and 3 terraces provide wonderful private spaces for rest and recreation. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities. The Villa entrance, with stunning sea views, is in the kitchen and overlooks the living room. From the living room, French doors open to a covered terrace for al fresco dining. The Master bedroom with its terrace is on the top floor, while 2 other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The garden has a grill, a pizza oven and an outside shower. A large salt water pool is shared with other Villas.

Ca'Angelina is located in the northeastern part of the island, 15 km from Kerkyra, the main town of Corfu and its port, 15 km from the Airport, and 20 km from the golf course. The Villa is within walking distance (600 m) of Ypsos, a small town providing daily necessities such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bars, discos, motor bike and boat rentals, newsstands, and ATM machines. Corfu Country Club was developed on approximately 24,500 sq. meters at the seaside, in one of the most priveleged areas of Corfu. It enjoys crystal clear seawater and beautiful views, as well as the close vicinity of Corfu Town and its harbour, the Airport, and the golf course. Only 2 minutes walk from the Villa is the private access to a pontoon dock, a small private beach, and a cave. The Villa garden and the common gardens are maintained by a gardener. Outdoor parking space is available.

The house keeper comes twice a week for 3 hours at the time and cleans the house thoroughly, this services is included in the price and important to keep the house in the mint conditions in which you will find it. The linen changing is additional and included in the rent.
