3 Bedroom

This comfortable, clean 3 story townhouse is designed with the main entrance & main living area (kitchen, living room, dining area, breakfast nook & 1/2 bath) on the middle level. The kitchen is well equipped & there are plenty of towels & fresh bedding for your convenience. The balcony off the living area overlooks a grassy backyard & faces west towards a greenbelt. There is a propane barbeque, 2 Adirondack chairs & patio umbrella so you can enjoy the sunsets. Downstairs (ground floor/lowest level) there are 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom with a stacking washer & dryer. One of the ground floor bedrooms has a double, pillowtop bed, while the second bedroom has a double Ikea futon with memory foam topper (both very comfie). Both of the bedrooms are small but bright with patio doors which open onto cement patios with a grassy backyard & greenbelt beyond. Since they are on the ground floor, they stay cool. The very top floor of the townhouse is a large master suite & ensuite. It is simply furnished with a queen sized bed, side table & book shelf and has a ceiling fan and window fan ONLY and so it can get warm on hot days. The townhouse is in a central location close to Village Green Mall. It is in family complex, and NOT suited to parties. It is a no smoking, no pet property. There is plenty of parking. About Pam

We moved to the Okanagan in 1990 to enjoy four seasons of recreation. Now that our children have grown, we are travelling more and use VRBO as our primary source of accomodations. We have stayed in a variety of properties, in a variety of places and much prefer the experience above hotels or resorts.

While our daughter was attending university, we offered the townhouse for summer VRBO rentals and it went so well, we have decided to keep on.

Pam purchased this townhome in 2005

Why Pam chose Vernon

Since the Okanagan is a favourite summer holiday destination, we thought we would offer the townhome on VRBO during the summer & rent to students during the school term.

What makes this townhome unique

The townhouse is centrally located, yet surrounded by greenery in a quiet, family complex. It is comfortable, clean & bright. We have enjoyed very similar properties on some of our golf holidays to the States and thought others would enjoy this townhouse as a comfortable, affordable, homebase to enjoy the Okanagan summer.
