Brambles, Manor Farm Close:

The kitchen is fully equipped for a labour saving holiday and a door leads directly into the rear garden.

Manor Farm Close is close to the village centre and has its own small green. Litton Cheney is a quiet picturesque village with a variety of slate and thatched cottages, a stream running through the village and has a Church and village inn. It is perfectly situated to explore the Bride Valley with magnificent walks, dramatic rolling hills and hidden valleys. The village is an ideal base for visiting nearby Abbotsbury with Tithe Barn, Swannery, Sub-Tropical garden, children’s farm and smugglers barn. Nearby Hardy`s Monument provides an historic walking area over open heathland. There is a website that gives extensive details of attractions for children and adults and suggests ways to explore Hardy`s Wessex and enjoy living museums.
Activities:
Weymouth, Lyme Regis, West Bay are all worth exploring for leisure activities and organised amusements for children. There are facilities for all watersports, sailing, fishing (sea, coarse and river trout) fossil hunting,horse-riding and cycling.The coastal walk along Chesil beach to Golden Cap is breathtakingly beautiful and Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club will welcome golfing visitors.
