Recently renovated, this beautiful two bedroom plus den, two bathroom beach front condo has fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. It comes fully equipped with 3 TV's, two flat screen HD TVs with DVD in the living room and guest bedroom . All rooms have WIFI Internet access. The washer and dryer are in the condo as well as full kitchen supplies, linens, and a starter package of toiletries and soaps for your convenience. Bedding includes: K, F & 2T's, and a sleeper sofa. This Sundial EAST condo, located on the third floor, is the largest available unit with a spacy open floor-plan. It is a unique Gulf Front corner condo with wrap-around porch. There is no better condo, no better view on Sanibel - just watch the sun rise or sun set and enjoy!

The firm sand is perfect for walking or jogging on the beach. There are miles of palm tree lined bike paths across the island. There are no high-rises, no stoplights, no bill boards and no honking horns. Recreation is limitless: golf, tennis, parasailing, fishing, sailing, canoeing and kayaking, birding, hiking, you name it. Shops and services: groceries, beach supplies, rental cars, bikes, first-class restaurants, day spas, museums, theaters, chiropractors, even two walk-in medical clinics. We do not know any other place matching Sanibel’s natural beauty combined with such a high quality of lifestyle. Sanibel Island is located 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers.

RE: Our July 4, 2009 Vacation:

I wanted to let you know just how much we enjoyed your Sanibel condo. The views were absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to be just steps away from sun, sand and water. Everyone was happy! The children preferred the pool while I was happiest in the ocean. My daughter and I had great fun combing the beaches for seashells.

Your condo was comfortable, clean, well stocked with linens & kitchenware (loved having washer & dryer in unit) and in a perfect location (beach and pool front).

We rented bicycles from Billy's Rentals for the week - hot but good fun nonetheless. Saw racoons, tons of birds, a wild pig and an armadillo while biking. While swimming, we saw dolphins and manatees. I was in heaven!

Your home suited our needs perfectly and we're looking forward to a return visit.

Magnificent Ocean Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There is a lot of room in this 2 bedroom condo. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch and the ocean views are unbelievable. The HD TV with DVD's came in handy at night for the kids as we enjoyed the ocean views. You are somewhat removed from the nearby resort, thus the beach is fairly private. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again!
