Our quaint, Island Shores home is a totally renovated, remodeled, and redecorated, one bedroom, beachfront home with a spacious balcony furnished with table, chairs, and grill, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and watching the beach come to life or for cool drinks or dinner as you view our spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

This light and bright, fully furnished condominium is located in Indian Rocks Beach in an intimate complex of only five other homes. It offers all the comforts of home with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped, offering counter seating and opens to the dining and living areas all with beach views. All linens are provided and a washer and dryer are included in the home.

Tables and chairs are also available for your enjoyment on the beachfront patio, and from there you take just a few steps to the white sandy beach. You will find beach chairs in the home for beachside sunbathing and relaxing. We know you will enjoy all the privacy and benefits this affordable beach condominium has to offer.

Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community located between the Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches. Our area offers a variety of quaint little shops and great local restaurants - both upscale and mom and pop style. It is close to all activities and culture. For the activity minded, there is parasailing, miniature golf, golf, shopping, shelling, jet-skiing, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes.

Our area also terrific museums and theaters. Or, just long peaceful walks on the white sandy beach, sunbathing or reading a favorite book in a beach chair, and, of course, enjoying our spectacular sunsets.

This home is family-owned, which means we can offer flexibility with your schedule. We want you to feel at home.

Wanted to let you guys know how much we loved our stay at your condo. We loved the location and have always preferred the smaller complex. We noticed you own a couple more condos in he building also, we will contact you for next years vacation and will recommend any of your units to all our friends!

Perfect Get Away!

We just retuned from your wonderful Island Shores at Port Holiday condo! The remodeled bathroom was clean and bright and the kingsize bed was wonderful! It was a wonderful get away and thank you for providing the wirless internet and the gra=eat bed!

The wife and I traveled from Kentucky to spend time in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo had a remakable view of the Gulf from the large balcony. Facing the west, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset every evening. The electric grill on the balcony served as an excellent source of grilling! The living room was spacious and relaxing.Our neighbors were very respectful. The bedroom was very nice, we slept great! The bathroom was clean and well kept. All the appliances worked great, including the washer and dryer. The mini golf course was fun, 3-5 minutes away, Smugglers Cove Adventurous Golf , with live alligators you can feed! We really enjoyed the quitness and laid back feel of the area, over all our trip was amazing, and this condo far exceeded our expectations.

I just wanted to let you know how pleasantly surprised my wife and I were at the changes made to the condo. The bathroom and kitchen tile work looks great. It appears the bedroom, hallway and one wall of the kitchen were painted into 2 pleasant tones, and bedroom carpet replaced. The light fixtures in the kitchen and LR were changed. What a positive impact. As you can tell. we are return guest and love this place and this area. Crabby Bills Resturant, one of our favorite places, is right across the street and many more resturants within a short distance.
