A Casa Luna Major is a villa located inside a private marina with 3 private beaches (one of which has an anchorage). The villa is equipped with an infinity heated pool, secured with an electric shutter and a security rail. It is situated inside a wonderful Mediterranean garden with a direct access to the pine woods. It offers a patio with a barbecue, a stone sink and enlightened petanque field. The interior fittings mix authenticity of noble materials (stone and wrought-iron) with modernity and functionality of a contemporary house. The villa is equipped with a large living room and a fire place, a media area with broadband Internet, LCD television, DVD player and stereo system. An open plan kitchen with a side-by-side fridge, perfectly equipped. An air-conditioned parental suite with a toilet and a private terrace, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one of which is a small children bedroom), 1 bathroom, a toilet and a detached studio equipped for 2 people.

In Balagne, at 15 min from Calvi airport (at 1 h from Bastia airport) and 3.5 km away from the Ile Rousse (Calvi direction). Casa Luna major is located inside a 70 ha private and watched marina. The legendary Corsican scenic railway connecting the Ile Rousse to Calvi stops at the Marina Davia. The villa is nearby pine woods and offers a splendid view over the Ile Rousse. Access to beaches by foot (at 7 min).
