I have loved our condo unit since the first day t we purchased it! Our children could play on the grass just outside the sliding glass doors (even Kick Ball and 'You're It!), then run down to the Beach for Castle Building! Now my grandchildren are experiencing the same joy and SO AM I! We live in Tampa (25 miles and 35 minutes away and always used our unit as a Summer camp while my husband commuted.
We also enjoy the unit and the Beach as a week-end holiday, for just the two of us. And now, as Seniors. we appreciate, even more, the front door parking, the stroll across the grass to the Beach and the lack of elevators and stairs!!!

I was very pleased with this location. Although it could use some updates, you cannot beat the location. There was privacy that you needed, but yet you were there with everything. The neighbors were so welcoming and would help you with whatever you needed. The sunrises and sunsets from your patio were everything that you could imagine. I was there with 2 older teenagers and a little ways down the road we rented a tandem bike as well as a paddle board, kayak very reasonably with the ice cream shop down the road they had the time of their lives, (18yrs old and 15 yrs old granted). I would go back in a heartbeat, we have thought of our next time visiting relatives and it would be here. It took us a little nagging to get our security deposit back, but we got it. So Gloria expect a call from us very soon.

Check-in time is 3:00...and check-out is 10:00.........keys are in a lock box directly in front of front door, attached to the stair rail. If you have problems with lock box, contact manager in the office which is in the middle of building her name is--Janet at 727 595 8966 and she will help you. Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to check-in receives a full refund 100%..........2 weeks notice before receives 50%.. deposit must be sent 6 weeks before arrival....
