This 3 bdrm heritage home is on 3 acres, adjacent to farm and park land and splash park. Close to Shuswap lake beaches and boat launch, amenities, golf, trails, vineyards and brewery. A relaxing and affordable summer vacation rental!

This is not a shared residence. When you book this, you get the whole house to yourself!

**Two night minimum stay**

This lovely 90 year-old heritage farm home was built for the Dunne family in 1922, and has been updated to meet your families' needs today. This home has 3 bedrooms plus a finished attic and family room, and sleeps 6 comfortably (more can be accommodated on temporary bedding). Two bedrooms have queen beds; the third bedroom has two singles. The finished attic and family room are a great flex-space for the kids (bring your own foam or air mattresses).

This updated house has all the amenities of home: full country kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, BBQ, central heating, gas fireplace and more.

Enjoy your morning coffee under the grape arbour, walk to the park and play in the splash park, take a short drive to a beach, winery or shopping, then gather round the outdoor fire-pit in the evenings.

Located 2 blocks off the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy #1), this home is easily located and close to all amenities. Located approx 1/2 way between Vancouver, BC and Banff or Calgary, AB and is a great way to break up your trip! The quiet location is a great change from your urban experiences.

Guests have access to the main house and surrounding land. There is a detached shop and garage that is not included in the rental.

We do have an RV on the property, which we may or may not be using while you are visiting. With over 3 acres of space, we can give you as much space as you desire.

We live in Kamloops, approx 75km (1 hour) West of Sorrento. We do have family living in Sorrento, so there is always someone close by if any issue arises.

Every Saturday there is a nice little farmers market in the village.

There are a few wineries within 30 minutes drive, and an amazing brewery (Crannoge Ales).

Quaaout Lodge (20 min drive) has a great golf course (Talking Rock), as well as the Blind Bay golf course plus a little community pitch and putt.

*** The house is currently listed for sale *** You may be asked to leave the house for a short time so that it may be shown to prospective buyers - we will try to give at least 24 hours notice. If there is more than one showing during your visit, we will refund $50 per showing after the first (no refund if there is only one showing).
