La Cour aux Granges consists of two cottages set in 5 acres of private meadows with lawned gardens and a small fishing lake, situated on the outskirts of the village of St Julien le Faucon 10 minutes from Lisieux in Calvados. Honfleur and the beaches of Deauville and Trouville are just 40 minutes drive. St Julien le Faucon has a baker, butcher, pharmacy, mini-market, bars and a gourmet restaurant, all within easy walking distance of the houses.

45m2 living area, which reaches into the beams of the roof, with a huge fire place. There is a stereo system and snooker table as well as a piano. The dining / TV room has another sitting area with a double sofa bed and a television / video. The well-equipped kitchen has another open fireplace, and is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom at the other end of the house has laundry facilities with washing machine, ironing board and iron. From the living area of the house, there is an original staircase to the gallery bedroom, which has a double bed, with a privacy screen. Above the kitchen are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. The large landing has a further double sofa bed, and there are two camp beds provided, as well as a cot. All beds are supplied with duvets, blankets, pillows and covers. There is a shower room and WC adjacent. The house benefits from central heating throughout.
