About David Hess
I am Vivian Hess, Retired RN, from Tallahassee, Florida. My husband, Bud, was a mountain guy and though he loved living on the beach in Florida he longed for mountains....he was from West Virginia. He was a CPA and as soon as tax season was over for him we headed to our beach house for peace and tranquility. Even though he is no longer with me I still return each year for the beauty, fun and such wonderful friends that we made up here. I can sit and relax on the deck with a book and gaze at a beautiful sunset or join the neighbors for festivals. music, plays and great food....all in Siesta Key. This is definitely a healing place.
David Hess purchased this townhome in 1976
Why David Hess chose Siesta Key
I am a native Floridian and when I saw the sugar white sands, crystal blue water of the
Gulf, sea oats, two sand bars and this beautiful Island of Siesta Key I fell in love...That was 38 years ago and it even more beautiful today.
What makes this townhome unique
The Island of Siesta Key offers restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, grocery stores in a unique village atmosphere. Enjoy fresh ice cream sundae at the local old fashioned ice cream store in the village. The sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico offers beach walking, shelling, boating, and numerous water activities. Mine is a unique townhouse with a knockout view of the Gulf from 2 open decks and walls of glass in the living room and the master bedroom. Spectacular sunsets and only steps to the heated pool and the beach. Crescent Beach is 30 steps away where sugar white sands with chairs and umbrellas await.
