It is a comfortable flat of 55 sq.m. , located in one of the best quarters of Palermo, where there are shops of all kind, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants . It is situated on the 7th floor of a building with two lifts and porter's lodge and is well-lighted and quiet. It is composed by a large bedroom with window, with a double bed ( or two single beds, as you like) and possibility of adding another bed, by a kitchen-sitting room with balcony giving on an inside courtyard where there is a dining table for 4-6 people, a sofa-bed for 2 persons ( m. 1,40),TV, radio and by a bathroom with shower. The owner is a tourist guide and can give you information or organize private visits of the town ( extra price). She also owns a small apartment for 2 persons just next door and a house by the sea near Siracusa (see offer 613717)

What makes this apartment unique

To my opinion the best of the apartment is the location as it is in a good quarter, well served by public transport, near the town center and, at the same time, on the way to the beach. The airport bus stops just 5 minutes walk, so you can also save taxi price. Nearby there are all sort of shops, cafès and, just round the corner, a pizzeria opened till late in the night

Nearest Barpub : in front at 10 Metres
Nearest Ski : Piano Battaglia at 90 Kilometres
Nearest Golf : Castelbuono at 70 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

The apartment is located in a side street of the main avenue, via Libertà, a very good quarter where you can come back even at night without problems. If you come by plane, the airport bus stops just 5 minutes walk and if you come by ship the port is less than 10 minutes drive. Is is 30 minutes by foot (or 5 minutes by bus) from Politeama Theatre and 10 minutes bus to the beautiful Mondello beach where one can swimm from April to Ocktober. 500 metres far there is also the bus stop for the bus going to Trapani.
