Split Two suites with air, cable tv, broadband internet, microwave, washing máquima Brastemp and dryer, granite flooring, new, furnished, closet, linens / table / quality bathroom, garage, near the Nautical Club , malls and supermarket, located three hundred meters from Beira Mar in Meireles. It has protective screen on the windows. Call the concierge: 0xx85 -32429502 - The building has two elevators (social service). The apartment is on the tenth floor.

We are the advertisers since 2005 Aluguetemporada: Our apartments are designed exclusively for rental season. All furniture and appliances were purchased new for this purpose. Room air conditioners are Splits, quiet and economical. We excel by quality and cleanliness of all available objects. Bed linen / table / bathroom is white, made with quality fabric and sterilized after use. The pans are stainless steel. The litter box are all comfortable and in perfect condition. The apartment has been designed and decorated to receive comfort and warmth with our guests. For information we have a portfolio of clients in almost all states of Brazil and in several countries. No maid service is included if the client wishes to hire, must book in advance and set the value of daily cleaner.
