House with 3 qtos. Ballroom for up to 50 people, indoor parking.

The farm holds up to 50 people. Located amidst nature, just 90 km from São Paulo, it is resourced and structure unmatched in the region, such as good pool, sports court (where they can practice five different sports, all in official size); hall parties (with 2 bathrooms, dressing room, gourmet, local dining and dancing, about 30 seats, 7 tables, horizontal and vertical freezer, refrigerator; lake for sport fishing;-bedroom house with 3 bedrooms and mattresses for 16 people, 2 bathrooms, large living room with 2 rooms, kitchen (equipped with table and chairs, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, electrical appliances and aluminum) plus balcony, parking cars and p/20 kennel. Besides the two masonry barbecues there is even a whiff of another and swivel (roller) for roasts (lamb, goat or pig).
