This 18th century manor sits in the middle of a 15 hectare park and is located between Bordeaux Region and the Perigord.

There is a large swimming pool (6m x 13m).

This house is ideal for many persons to meet with friends or families. Very large rooms (bedrooms sizes between 15 and 35 sqm), dainty decoration, new bedding.

There are many activities to take advantage of in the area: visit of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, historical outdoor show at Castillon, historical sites in the Perigord (Sarlat, Castelnau, Domme, Lascaux, Gouffre de Padirac), gastronomy, concerts, animal parks, leisure parks, golf.

Possibility to rent 7 more bedrooms (sleeps 12) and 1 shower room 1 WC. See conditions with the owner.

The house is about 6 km from Castillon-la-Bataille, 13 km from Saint-Emilion, 50 km from Bordeaux, 100 km from the ocean and 45 km from Bergerac. High speed trains take 3 hours to reach Libourne from Paris, and a connecting train brings passengers to Castillon-la-Bataille?s train station.

The house is situated 45km for the Bergerac and Bordeaux airports.
