a. Weekend only stays are accepted one week before arrival date.

b. No smoking, Shoes Off Inside, No Pets... Please.

c. Please respect 11am check out time policy. Cleaning services will enter the unit from 11:15am.

9.) DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND

a. If no damages to furniture and linens

b. No notices from neighbors & strata

10.) RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

a. If cancelled 90 days before arrival day 90%

b. If cancelled 60 days before arrival day 60%

c. If cancelled 30 days before arrival day 30%

11.) FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS

a. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Excellent location!

Ken's condo is exactly as pictured and described. The condo is in a fantastic location being a very short walk to Chinatown, Gastown, BC Place, Rogers Arena, and the sea wall. It's a very nice walk to Yaletown, downtown, and even Granville Island. There is everything you need close by including a pharmacy, Costco, and grocery stores. The train is across the street and the bus stops 1/4 block away every 15 minutes.

The condo itself is clean and well equipped with a lovely kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and tons of natural light through the beautiful big windows. The two bedrooms have lots of natural light and plenty of storage. No worries about early morning light as Ken has installed heavy curtains to draw across. The condo is very practically equipped with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as containers to store leftovers and storage/sandw bags, plastic wrap, etc. The sofa is not the most comfortable sofa but we just grabbed a couple of extra cushions from the beds and were fine.

The building's amenities are great, too. Just down the hall is a small but certainly adequate fitness room with Nautilus machines, free weights, treadmills, stationary cycles, and ellipticals. There is a good-size remote tv and lots of magazines to read while exercising. Right beside is a great long pool, especially good for laps, and a full-size hot tub.

Ken is a thoughtful and happy host. He met us at the train station and walked with us the short distance to the unit. He showed us how to use the fobs and all the building's and condo's amenities. He then took us back outside to show us where the bus stop is and local shopping. He even offered to hold on to our luggage the day we left as we were taking a late flight.

All in all a great place to stay while in Vancouver if you are looking to be close to the downtown area.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Apartment, Ken the owner was lovely and really helpful and a joy to meet after our long journey from England. The loan of the mobile phone was a real bonus and so helpful.

The flat was really clean and tidy with lovely views of the park, the sun rises were lovely, and the location was ideal for connections for buses and the Sky train. The local shops were great for food shopping.

Would defiantly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay.

A great spot in the heart of the action

A wonderful location right by the Rogers Centre and the T.

2 bedrooms with single beds, a pool, hot tub and sauna were wonderful at the end of the day.

Great stay - would highly recommend

My parents, my wife, our 7 month old baby & I stayed for four nights and were very impressed with everything about the apartment, including its size, location and value for money. It was in a great location across the road from the ice hockey arena, Chinatown, a supermarket and a park. The owner was flexible with check-in and out times, and was always available if we had any questions during our stay. He even rearranged the space in the den to fit in a cot for us as well as picked up ice-hockey tickets on our behalf before we arrived. The mobile phone provided to us to use was a big help as well when we were out and about. Would definitely look to stay here again if I was in a group of 4 or less people.

Would definitely stay again!

Couldn't ask for anything more. This condo was great for our stay for five nights. The property manager had everything ready. Loved the location, close to the stadium, transportation, gas town, china town and down town. We went swimming every evening in the pool and used the gym. The beds were comfortable, the place is exactly the same as the pictures on the site, no surprises. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Would recommend to anyone, so much better than a hotel.
