Airy, 1bedroomed apartment in one of the nicest residential areas of Malaga. Floor area 70 m2. Situated in a building with gardens, tennis court, safe play area for children, enormous swimming pool with barbeque area, yet less than 5 minutes walk to the beach of El Palo. Pets allowed.

Malaga: Malaga itself is a lovely old town with lots of charm. It has maintained its Spanish character despite of being surrounded by package tour spots. Apart from a huge cultural offering of concerts and theatres, there are many museums and art galleries, the most famous being the Picasso museum, Thyssen museum and the Centre of Contemporary Art.

Malaga is famous for its tapa bars in the historic centre and its fried fish on the beaches, it also has a fabulous nightlife. Its Easter week processions and the August fair are legendary.

You can stay here for months and won´t run out of things to do and places to explore.

It is an ideal place from which to discover Andalucia, with day trips to Granada and Ronda being one hour's drive away; you can reach Cordoba and Sevilla comfortably in 2 hours.

Famous nature spots like the National Parks of El Chorro and El Torcal are one hour’s drive away while you can reach the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras, and Tarifa in less than 2 hours. You can even take a day trip to Morocco. If you enjoy walking, try to come in January, when the almond blossoms are out, or in the springtime when all the mountains are covered with flowers. There are plenty of nature walks just in the vicinity, the national park of the Montes de Malaga and the white villages are just a short drive away.

'We would highly recommend this property. We travel all over the world and can honestly say that we were as comfortable and 'at home' here as we have been anywhere, and that includes the five star hotels. You can even keep up with your favourite soaps while you are here as the TV in the apartment is tuned in to the ITV and BBC channels'.

We have visited the beautiful city of Malaga several times over the years and always stayed at Ulli's homely apartment in El Palo, it's a real treasure.
The children love it here and they urge us to return, especially for the grand swimming pool. Ulli has thought of everything so you will not miss any home comforts.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away - safe and fun and enjoys a very, friendly local atmosphere.
If you want to venture out and see other places in Andalusia -it's very easy with the either the use a car or public transport.
Malaga City is only a 20min bus ride away and should not be missed as there's much to enjoy, particularly the views from the top of Gibralfaro.

The apartment description was accurate. The propety was very clean.
The owner was very helpful and available if we would need her.
I would go to this apartment if I go to Malaga it is recommend propety for anyone.
The pool was marvelous! Tennis ok.
It was very easy to take a local bus and go to the Malaga´s centrum.
The area was very Spanish less tourisim which was very nice.

We stayed for 10 days in this appartment.We would higly recommend it. The appartment is complete, even some food and drinks in the fridge. There is internet aswell. The supermarket is around the corner. There is frequent public ransportation to Malaga down town. The beach is 5 minutes walking, no tourist here! Ulli, the owner is very friendly and speaks very well english. She is very fexible and takes care of you. The pool is fantastic and quit.

Recommende for: age 40 en up, families, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Wonderful holidays in Málaga

We are a swiss-spanish family which has enjoyed 11 days holidays at this apartment. We strongly recommend it: Quite location (we slept with windows open during the hot August nights), supermarket just crossing the street, frequent public transportation to Malaga downtwon, nearby inexpensive beach restaurants, wifi works well ... Owners are nice people.

Amazing week!

This apartment is lovely, especially considering the great price. The pool is amazing, and the no. 11 bus into town is really easy to get and very regular - also the supermarket across the road makes life very easy. Ulli was very hospitable and went out of her way to make arrangements for us when our flight was hours after checkout.
The el Palo area was really nice with a range of restaurants, and for a busier scene Malaga was great.
Definatley will stay here again if I go back!

Lovely location and super holiday appartment

The apartment is in a popular residential area of Malaga. Conveniently situated across the road is a supermarket and buses leave every 8 min for the centre of Malaga. It is less than 5 min walk to the beach of El Palo , there is a small yacht harbour and a 5km long promenade lined by picturesque little restaurants and bars, where you can have a sun-downer every evening. If you would like to take a Spanish course, there are plenty of language schools in the vicinity.

Golf: There is a 9 hole golf course in the same urbanisation , and plenty of large golf courses within 20 minutes drive.

Notes:
The spacious balcony overlooks the town and the nature reserve of San Anton and there is a glimpse of the sea, an ideal spot for sunbathing or dining. The apartment has recently been renovated and the kitchen and the bathroom are new. Bedroom: double and single bed and a large built-in cupboard, in the sitting room there is a comfortable sofa double bed and a single folding bed, for entertainment a TV with Satellite System and DVD, a CD player, radio and tape recorder and some games and books. There is a separate dining area seating 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc and the bathroom has a bathtub, shower, bidet and hairdryer. There is a walk in closet with an ironing board, iron and shelves and a cot. There are 3 ceiling fans, a gas and an electric heater. The building itself has a huge swimming pool with a lifeguard, opened in the summer months, , a barbecue, tennis court next to a secure childrens playground.
