The stunning Villa Charlotte is a luxury detached and family friendly villa situated in an established and exclusive area of Playa Blanca. This elevated, beautiful and tranquil setting has wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Within this large 1154 square metre plot is probably one of the island’s largest and uniquely designed private swimming pools. In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area, Roman steps and Badu swim jet. The pool is solar heated and can be electrically heated. It has bridges running across the pool and we have installed the latest halogen lights to give a wonderful ambiance when sitting outside in the evening at the lava rock table where you can sip your favourite tipple. There are 8 sun beds and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbecue and covered seating area is an Atrium that has a pool table and outside there are wall, pool and garden lights to add to the ambiance.

A Z-bed is also available at an extra cost of £100.00 per week with bedding.

Notes: The large lounge has two luxurious leather settees and a 32' flat screen television with a full Sky package including Sky sports; movies and Sky plus which will record live TV. There is also a recordable DVD player and stereo system with i-pod docker. There is a dining table & 8 chairs. There is also use of a highchair and travel cot. The fully fitted modern, separate kitchen and utility room has all the mod cons including a washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and much more.The mature and private gardens boast a host of indigenous plants, trees and cacti contained within a beautiful lava rock wall. At the side and rear of the villa are mature mimosa trees where you can sit quietly and reflect in dappled shade. There is a full size pool table. The villa also has off road parking for 4 cars and has remote controlled electric gates. Optional extras include broadband, air conditioning and electrically heated pool.

A fabulously appointed villa with everything you will need for a great holiday. The pool area is simply breathtaking. Throughout, the villa is spotless and the views from the roof terrace are fantastic too. Perfect for watching the sun go down with gorgeous sea views and a glass of your favourite tipple! Or in my case, several!!
