Luxury ski chalet situated in Pass Thurn 20km form Kitzbuhel and is higher up the same valley leading to Mittersal The property is only 250m from the first lifts ski school and nursery slopes. The ground floor entrance leads to a bright and spacious room with casual seating and storage for boots and outdoor clothing a door leads to the ski store and garage. Upstairs is a large lounge and dining area with panoramic views from the large windows and fully fitted modern kitchen also on this floor there are two large double bedrooms and a luxury shower room. Up on the second floor there is a small kitchen and breakfast bar two more double bedrooms casual seating area and modern bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony giving breathtaking mountain views. There is restaurant and hotel adjacent to the nursery slopes with a wide variety of bars and restaurants a short drive away.

Pass Thurn is 20km from Kitzbuhel and is higher up the same valley leading to Mittersill. The ski area takes you from Pass Thurn through the slopes above Jockberg/Aurach and Kitzbhulel (with the famous Hannenkahm) and over the back to Kirchberg with ski buses up and down the mountain. The whole area shares the same ski pass including the Kitzbulerhorn side of the valley.
