Sleeps 10-12. 5 bedroom 3 bathroom lakeside villa. A 5* Accredited GFO rating villa situated in Crescent Lakes. This luxury home is set in a tranquil setting on the edge of a small lake and conservation area which provides privacy. A superb gym and games room is fully equipped with FREE activities for all the family. The heated private pool and spa is sun-drenched from early light to evening so you will welcome the shaded lanai area. 20 min drive to Disney, 33 min drive to Universal.

The villa provides a peaceful and tranquil escape for you and your guests to enjoy. On the days you choose not go to the many theme parks that are 20 mins drive away or participate in activities such as golf, horse riding, fishing or basket ball you can relax by the pool with one of our books or challenge another guest to a pool, snooker, darts, football table, PS2 game. For the guests who need to maintain work links or update social networking sites the villa has a PC with FREE broadband internet access. FREE local telephone calls.

FREE Toddlers and babies equipment include a travel cot, pram, high chair, books and toys. The owners of the property would like to welcome you to view their villa on line and send any enquiries you may have that we have not been able to document on this profile.

Monitored 24 hours by alarm company. Plus you also have the security of security staff driving around Crescent Lakes.

The pool has a safety barrier to protect children.

Patio doors that lead on to the pool and the door into the games room are alarmed.
