The social area is very pleasant, terraced with hammocks and comfortable furniture integrated with the pool area. It has six bedrooms (two suites), plus maid's suite. The two suites and two rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the other room have ceiling fans. Gourmet kitchen, living room, large balcony, green area with coconut and cashew, barbecue, wood stove, chuveirão, laundry and parking space. Fully furnished and equipped with cookware, kitchen and bed linens, bath and table. It has a TV of 33 '6 mouths stove, 02 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, blender, etc.. House, furniture and fixtures in excellent condition. Next to the beach, sports, square and the entrance to the condo.
