Cabin, 8 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 4 Baths, (Sleeps 21)

Location: Rocky Bottom area of Sunset, Upcountry, South Carolina, approximately halfway between Pickens, South Carolina and Brevard, North Carolina on Highway 178, approximately seven miles north of Highway 11, the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway.

Property Description:Former family compound built circa 1925 consisting of 3 cabins: The Shamrock House (main cabin) and it Bunk House which always go together sleeps up to 12 and The Trout Stream House which sleeps up to 9 can be booked separate or together with the other two. The property has an interesting history; it is alleged to be haunted by Nancy the Ghost, we can’t confirm or deny her presence. We can confirm that former US President LBJ was a guest. He liked it and we believe you will also. For details give Walter a call @ 843-744-2863 M-F 9 AM -5 PM.

Special Features: Equipped kitchens, Gas grills, basketball goal, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, Sat TV, DNR trout stream with damn beavers also turkey, deer, bear and other critters.

Special notice re: the world ending December 2012: The Shamrock House might be just the place to be when the world ends? We are accepting booking bids for the December 2012 Mayan Calendar World Ending, perhaps, Event. Are you a committed survivalist? Get your bid in before the world ends and it is too late to do so. Experience the end of the world in a beautiful setting and share it with Nancy the Ghost! High bidders will be notified following the 2012 Thanksgiving holiday.
