We have recently returned from our stay at Sunrise Villa and cannot speak highly enough about our choice. The photos on this website really don't do it justice.
It is a beautiful villa, well maintained which the owners clearly take a lot of pride in.
It was clean and well equipped with all the home comforts you would have in your own home.
The garage/games room was a triumph for our two children with an X-box, playstation, air hockey, bicycles and many other toys for kids of all ages.
The pool was lovely and warm and perfect for a morning dip and a relaxing evening lounge after a hard day at the parks.
Westridge is an upmarket neighborhood which we felt totally at ease in, we took the kids down the road to the park (on the bikes!) and there was hardly any traffic, the neighbours were friendly and chatty.
I would recommend Sunrise villa to anybody really.. old or young.. family or singles.. or groups.. it has everything.
Thankyou Rachael and Nick, we look forward to returning soon.

Sunrise Villa - great house in a great location!!

This house was just perfect for our family holiday to Disney in October. The house was very clean and so well equipped it felt like home! Everything had been thought of and the communications we have had with Nick and Rachael were great. The weather was lovely and we covered all of the Disney parks during our nine day stay. The drive from the house to Disney was only 20 minutes and very straightforward. Publix was very nearby and restaurants were within easy reach.

The pool was warm with the heater on and there were plenty of toys provided. The games room was a nice addition too, not that we had much time to use it!

I'd recommend the property and wouldn't hesitate in booking it again.

Book it!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa at the end of December, beginning of January 2011. It is everything it says and more. The villa is clean, has good facilities, well maintained and the games room went down well with our 2 boys. It was so nice to come back to the villa after an exhausting day at the parks and just chilll in such nice surroundings.

I want to thank Rachael for all her help. From the initial enquiry I made, Rachael promptly phoned me and gave so much information about the villa and the surrounding area. Rachael even phoned a few days before we were due to go out to tell us that it was chilly! Can't thank her enough.

We found the Publix supermarket up the road very handy, their blueberry muffins are delicious! Also the Pizza place a few doors down from it was good.

This was our first time in Orlando, hope to go back again soon, but in the meantime will be recommending this villa to friends and family.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Great Villa, did not want to come home.

Thanks to Rachael and Nick, we had a great time in there villa located in the right place close to 192 and the I4, the villa had all you needed one of the best villas we have stayed in, can definitely recommend easy to book and great people to deal with,

We stayed at this place in August/September 2010 and it was all you could wish for in a holiday property.

It was bright and spacious with a fully kitted out kitchen. Sparklingly clean!! The pool area is perfect for playing and relaxing at the end of a busy day at Disney with no restrictions that you would find at a hotel. The kids loved the games room and I loved the washer and dryer!

Rachel and Nick are so friendly and always at the the end of the phone if there are any questions or problems (we had a slight hitch with the pool pump and it was sorted out in a couple of hours).

I would not hesitate to reccommend this fabulous house to family and friends as it was a perfect haven to retreat to after all the excitement of our days out.

All amenities are within a short drive away and it's a little out of the way from all the touristy stuff which is great when you get "over disney'd". The neighbours are floridians and very friendly. The area is lovely and quiet, perfect for families and friends.

My only advice would be pack less to go so you can take home more!!

Brilliant!!! Just wished we could have stayed longer!!
