Beautifully furnished and renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath home located on Balboa Island just 1 block to the beach and Balboa Island Ferry. Equipped with all of the amenities that a family or a pair of families would need to enjoy a vacation in this charming island paradise. The master suite offers a King sized bed, with luxurious towels and sheets, a walk in closet and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, high quality linens, a generous closet, dresser and its own flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a double, full-size bunk bed, a twin size bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Comfortably sleep 5 kids. The living room has two large sofas and has plenty of movies, books and games to enjoy during your stay. The dining room seats 8 people and the home also has a spacious front patio, great for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or dinner for 8. A barbeque is available for grilling in the evenings. The home comes with 4 beach chairs and a cooler to make your trips to the beach convenient and relaxing. Lastly, the property is located just ½ block to a playground and basketball courtyard for family fun.

Off-season rentals available with a 4-night minimum.
