At 10 minutes of the seaside, very peaceful typical Breton 19th century cottage, well decorated, near Roscoff and Carantec, in the countryside, at 10 kms of the seaside, at 5 kms of the supermarket. 5 bedrooms (including 3 double beds and 5 singles beds + 2 beds for children) and one independent bedroom with 1 double bed ( and possibility to put a second single or double bed), living room with chimney and piano, large TV,HI-FI and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and drier). Beautiful garden with pond and swimming pool (8,5m X4,5 m)(security for the children), 2 BBQ and garden furnitures (exotic wood). You 'll survey the BBQ from the swimming pool ( water between 24° 26°C). After, on the night, you'll play snooker. The children'll play in a special room for uthem
