The stone cottage ' Ca' Brusada ' is situated 200 meters away from our house, in a sunny and quite position. Totaly restored 2 years ago.Attentions has been focused on biological building materials.No cement in the plaster for better wall perspiration and no electric pollution in the sleeping area. It consist in one double room ,bathroom and shower, living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV and complete kitchen corner, patio area with table and chairs ideal for evening meals with Lake view,7000 meters of property all around gives you a full immersion in typical Lage Garda Countryside. Lake view from all 5 windows. Ideal for two people

The western coast of Lake Garda is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, from March to October.

Not as busy and developed as the rest of the Lake, and with the best climate, that allows us to grow olives, kiwi, oleander and lemon trees. Enjoy the absolute silence, the Lake and the mountain scenery, only 35 km away from the closest airport served by Rayanair.

Toscolano and Bogliaco are the nearest villages, only ten minutes drive from our house.

Gardone Riviera and Salo' only 15 km away.

Sailing and windsurfing better in the northern part of the Lake, Campione and Riva/Torbole in one hour drive.

Venice is in day trip distance, as well as Verona and Brescia for cultural visits.

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans la location de GIULIO L'endroit en pleine campagne bénéficie d'une vue spendide sur le lac de garde, l'accueil de Giulio est très amical il nous amènait le pain frais tous les matins, les horaires de train pour Venise, Il nous a même prêté son voilier pendant toute une Journée. C'était Magique !!! Quelle confiance.
C'est une location à recommander pour la béauté du site, le calme, la gentillesse de Giulio et la découverte du lac de Garde
MERCI pour tout.

This is our second time at this place
Wonderful stay in this house, with a beautiful view on the lake, in the middle of olive trees.
A lot of possible walks around, bike, golf, or swimming in the lake.
Peaceful and comfortable place, excellent welcome from the owner Giulio
This is a little paradise for people who like to be in the heart of the countryside!
We warmly recommend this place
