Terra Nossa has an excellent location and is situated on a beautiful 50 km. long coast between the towns of Ilheus and Itacare, about 400 km south of Salvador, the capital of Bahia state. A paradise very close to civilization, illuminated, quiet and safe. Only 1 km. away from the village Ponta da Tulha with several supermarkets, various shops, restaurants and bars. To Ilheus and the airport it´s 20 km. In 40 minutes you are in a small tourist town “Itacare”, (very popular under surfers)!

Everybody leaves or arrives from there, because of the airport and a big bus terminal. Good for shopping and a one day City tour.
Walking around the streets and squares of Ilhéus is like traveling through its History. Founded 465 years ago, the town is known as one of the most important tourism centers of the northeast of Brazil.
Its landscapes and environmental protection areas attract tourists that are looking for white sand and crystal clear water.
The city has a very good infrastructure for tourism. There are excellent hotels and many travel agencies that take you to the wonderful beaches of the region. If you are looking for an unforgettable trip, don't miss the beautiful landscapes of Ilhéus!
Is a special city! Very nice and famous for the excellent surf waves. Seven beaches.
You can get some party there and itacaré well visited the whole year. Tours you can make lots of shops, some bars, pubs and restaurants.
Its geographical position allows the formation of really big waves (the biggest ones in Bahia). That is why Itacar? is known, among the surfers, as the surf-city .
Itacaré is part of the Environmental Protection Area of Itacaré/Serra Grande. Small shell-shaped beaches, the mouth of Contas River, the Ecological Reserve of Prainha, the mangrove swamp and the areas of Atlantic Forest are the ecological attractions of the town.
The beaches in the north, on the left side of Contas River`s mouth are, mostly, reached only by boat. Walking around the region, discovering hidden streams and waterfalls is the best way to get closer to some areas of this ecological sanctuary that are still untouched by men.
Beautiful nature spot excellent for a one or two days trip!
