This recently built 4 bedroom house with Private Overflow Swimming Pool has a large spacious Kitchen, ample living area. Good size air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor allowing good access for the less mobile. A large upper terrace with both mountain and sea views. An outside dining area and Mediterranean garden and, of course, a beautiful overflow 8 x 4 swimming pool. Situated to the west of Kyrenia near Alsanjak, you have easy access to restaurants, beaches and shops. The town is only ten minutes away with regular bus services, some of which pass the villa.

Incesu is a small village about 8kms from Kyrenia. Meeru Villa stands elevated on a corner plot and affords spectacular views of mountains to the south and the sea to the north. Restaurants and beach are within walking distance and literally 3 or 4 minutes by car. Kyrenia is a historic Town with lovely castle and harbour.

Fantastic villa

Excellent villa, very quiet location. Lovely restaurant five mins away.
Do recommend a car unless very active.
Pictures dont really do this villa justice.
We will not hesitate to recommend this villa.
Comunication between us and the owner was fantastic regarding help and extra information.
