Come experience PARADISE in this beautiful, NON-SMOKING, peek-a-boo ocean view, end unit on the third floor (with elevator) that offers extra privacy. This clean and spacious, 1089 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, two lanai unit is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III, named one of the BEST beaches on Maui and known for good snorkeling, great body surfing, and beautiful sunsets.

This unique floor plan offers two bedrooms all on one level. Our spacious Master Bedroom has a California King Size Bed with a vaulted ceiling, wall mounted TV/DVD and it's own private lanai. Our second bedroom has two twin beds, it's own wall mounted flat screen TV along with a private full size bathroom attached. This unique floor plan offers you a desk/office nook area located in Building #8. Updated ceramic tile bathrooms and flooring, renovated fully equipped kitchen and new carpeting.

Enjoy the tropical trade winds as you relax with your morning Kona Coffee on either lanai. The dining/living area offers you a TV/DVD/VHS and CD player. The dining/living is spacious and offers a deluxe queen-size sleeper sofa. Along with air-conditioning, our condo offers ceiling fans and floor fans in each bedroom, washer, dryer, and a computer desk for your laptop.

The property is conveniently located in SUNNY southwest Kihei, just eight miles from the Kahului Airport. The complex has four tennis courts, a beautifully landscaped pool area which includes a separate pool for small children, two Jacuzzi's, gas barbecue grills, and picnic areas.

Located just minutes away from world class golf at Makena and Wailea, as well as shopping at the elegant Shops of Wailea. You are near the Maui Ocean Center, the largest aquarium in the northern hemisphere and a 25 minute drive to the Lahaina, Kaanapali area.

The Kamaole Sands Resort is a well cared for and managed resort in southern Kihei. We are very close to the Wailea area of Maui, which has many beautiful golf courses, dining and shopping areas. The Kamaole Beaches, I, II and III are all wonderful beaches staffed with county Lifeguards which offer a safe area for families to enjoy the ocean. The beaches in the Wailea area area also beautiful beaches to enjoy.

What makes this condo unique

The Kamaole Sands offers its guests free Mai Tai parties every Wednesday from 3-5 at the resort's pool area. The Kamaole Sands also has a on-site conciere desk that guests can book and learn about the many island activities and attractions. Guests can also use internet service in the resorts Registrtion Building.

Beautiful property, very comfortable, seemed like home. Everything we needed was supplied. The unit has lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, complete kitchen, we ate many meals in, and found everything we needed to cook complete meals. The location is great with a wonderful beach, and many walking trails along the beach. The pool area at the condo was wonderful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice location, and would highly recommend it to others. (It was recommended to us!). Superb place for families with small children. Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with (although wish they took credit cards for deposit/payment.). Owner provided plenty of local information to help make our initial trip to this part of the island a good one. Place was very clean but seemed 'worn', kind of like visiting grandma's (which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5). Within walking distance of Fred's Mexican Grill (great tacos!), an ice cream shop, and Da Kitchen for Hawaiian fare. (And of course the best family beaches on the island!)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The place was very good, the staff at the registration were very helpful. The unit was maintained very well. Everything was clean and there were lot of additional towels, sheets etc. Except for the refrigerator which had a freezer setting even freezing the milk, tomatoes, eggs etc., everything was very good. We tried to lower the setting but we could not.

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui. The condo was exactly what I expected after seeing the photos. The condo was also clean and very comfortable. There were 4 adults -2 couples - we had plenty of room. I really like the 2 bathrooms. I found the complex to be quiet with well behaved friendly neighbors. The beaches across the street were fabulous. The parking space was convenient too! I will definitely return.
