Located on a street closed with exclusive access for residents with seguranza 24h! 6 rooms with double beds. 4 suites (bath room) with air conditioning, the other two bedrooms with ceiling fans and bathroom. The house 250mq on two floors and an outdoor area of ??800 Mq. The house is beautifully decorated and tasteful. Cable TV with SKY. Two kitchens. Private outdoor area with large garden, private pool with beautiful stone bar next to delicios tasting fruit drinks. Leisure area with table tennis semi-pro game and dart!
