Centrally located in Cannes on the famous Rue d'Antibes, this high quality apartment has been luxuriously and sympathetically fitted out. This light and airy apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building and benefits from a triple aspect view in the sitting room, looking directly onto the Rue d'Antibes. The access to the apartment is through an inviting and well maintained hallway and lift/stairs. The attractions of Cannes are within easy walking distance and the rest of the Cote d'Azur and Provence is easily accessible either by car or public transport. We have received excellent yet accurate testimonials for the apartment and the repeat visits of the majority of our guests are testament to this.

Residence 99 is only a few minutes walk from the Croisette, with its sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants. It is in the heart of Cannes with a prime view over the chic Rue d'Antibes yet within metres of a tranquil Moorish style square with fountains and palm trees in one direction and the bustling Marche Gambetta in the other. Its proximity to the perennial Cannes attractions such as restaurants, clubs, cinemas, the 2 markets, the port and the old town of Le Suquet make it a perfect location for a holiday with or without a car. The water taxis to St Tropez and the Isles de Lerins are easily reached by foot. The whole of the French Riviera and Provence is within easy travelling distance and Nice airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes. (The airport bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment). A direct train line ensures easy access to the town of Grasse and another line crosses the boarder into Italy, passing through Antibes and Nice.

I always stay at Helen's apartment in Cannes. It is in the perfect location on rue d'Antibes and is perfect for a weekend or week in Cannes. It is really well laid out, nicely furnished and is always really clean when we get there. Thanks for another great apartment in Cannes

The apartment is in a fantastic spot. Busy enough to keep you interested, and yet sufficiently quiet and disconnected to keep you apart from the hustle and bustle. The closeness of the shops, the markets, the beach, the train as well as the bus station makes this apartment a fantastic base for ones holiday. We travelled by train and never felt the need for a car given the fantastic public transport which took us to Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia in air conditioned comfort.Everything you need is in the oapartment for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and Helen and Fiona were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Luxury in Cannes - July 2009

This apartment provides the perfect base for visiting Cannes and the other resorts along the Cote d'Azur. Its location, within a few minutes walk of the beach, promenade and the designer shops on Rue d'Antibes makes it unique. It is only a 5 minute walk to the train station which enables you to travel without the need for a car. The apartment itself is of 5 star quality, very clean, modern and has every convenience. The double-glazed windows and shutters give a cool and dark feel to the bedroom ensuring a good, soundproof sleep day or night!
The local market in Place Gambetta is a real treasure and was one of the highlights for us. We enjoyed fresh fruit & veg. cheese and fish and lots more each morning. The cooked chicken from the local butcher was delicious and well worth a try! The '8 a huit' supermarket at the top of the road was very convenient with good value and pleasant staff.
Rue Hoche nearby has many cafés and restaurants - all very good value.
Helen the owner and Fiona who met us on arrival were both very efficient and helpful in dealing with all of our enquiries.
The sunshine of Cannes and the luxury of the apartment was the recipe for a perfect holiday. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return as soon as possible.
